I am the PROUD owner of Day of the Dogs Grooming. I am a 3rd Generation groomer and Animal advocate, I will always be a voice for the animals! I started Day of the Dogs grooming after decades of working in salons where the lack of care was observed through the poor handling skills, cheap products and not-so-great haircuts. I opened Day of the Dogs with the vision of professional, educated and skilled groomers with Quality Pet Grooming Products in a safe and clean enviroment. I have spent the past 24 years educating myself, as well as my groomers, attending grooming seminars and one-on-ones with Top Groomers learning everything grooming! I specialize in Asian Fusion Grooming as well as Terriers and Poodles. I have hosted multiple Grooming seminars teaching groomers all over the West Coast. I have big dreams for the future and Im beyond happy to share my passion with my groomers and all of my wonderful clients!

I fell into the grooming industry by accident and I've never looked back! I've been with Day of the Dogs since day one and I have finally found my passion! Caring for your pets is immensely rewarding and extremly important to me. I am the Bathing Manager and I also take care of the pups that are in need of an amazing bath and brush service. I am Day of the Dogs Exclusive Cat Groomer as well as the Salon Manager. I take extreme pride in my work and I am always looking for ways to be the best groomer I can be! Born and raised in Portland I have found my home here in Arizona for the past 5 years. I am a animal enthusiast and it all started with my black lab named "Milo" that I have had by my side since he was just a tiny pup, a hairless cat named Nectar and his sister with hair Blossom, as well as reptiles and fish there isn't an animal I don't love!

I am a Mother to 3 amazing children and 3 Fur Babies. My Siberian Husky "Freya" accompanies me at work, so you will probably see her often! I've been in the pet industry for the past decade. I was mostly focused on pet nutrition and health, but I wanted to be more hands on. That is how I came to be at Day Of The Dogs! You will find me in the back of the salon working hard to insure that your pet has the best experience. Working at this salon not only allows me the privilege of taking care of animals, but I also get to indulge in my creative side. I am the one behind all of the fun posters and signage around our salon. I am also the one who designed our logo! I love working here and I cant wait to meet you and your pet!

I was born and raised for 19 years in Portland, Oregon. I moved to Arizona and I fell in love with the sun. I didn't know much about dog or cats but once I started working at Day of The Dogs I learned so much. I work in the back as a Groomer Assistant bathing and blow drying dogs. I have been at DOTD for the past 2 years and I love every second of it! I cant wait to give your fur baby a comfortable and safe experience. I hope to see you soon!

Hey there! I have always been passionate about working with animals and I've been in the animal industry for a little over 10 years now. I started working as a vet technician but I always wanted to be a pet groomer. I am so grateful to work for a grooming salon that has amazing mentors and co workers with room for advancement and people I can call family. On my free time I enjoy staying inside relaxing with my 4 cats. One of my four cats has hair and is named Sabrina, The other 3 are hairless cats, named "Calliope", "Sac", and "Veggie".

How long is the grooming process?

We always ask 3-4 hours per pet for grooming. Express Appointments Available as well. This is a VIP service that allows one on one time with your requested groomer, this service is only offered as the first appointment of the day only. Ask a groomer for more information! Additional fees apply.

What form of payments do you accept?

Cash Preferred but we do accept debit and credit with a 3% NON-CASH adjustment.

Can I stay or watch my pet during the grooming process?

No, we ask that you allow us this time to bond with your pet as well as not becoming a distraction. Pets usually become excited to see their owners and during the grooming process this can become dangerous, we ask that you wait for your pick-up call to return back for your pet.

Do you accept Walk-ins?

Yes! but, just for Nail trims, teeth brushing and anal gland expression. All other services will require a scheduled appointment.

How long can my dog stay after the grooming process?

We always ask for a minimum of 3-4 hours to groom your pet. After your pet is finished we allow you 1 hour after our pick up call to pick up your pet. Any hour after your pick up call will be charged a daycare fee of $10.00 an hour till picked up.
